Turkey Chili
For bulk recipes, I enter the whole recipe in mfp, and then weigh the entire thing when cooked in ounces. I then make 1 serving = 1oz to easily adjust quantity to suit my hunger and macro needs. This recipe makes about nine servings.

Ingredients

1 Large onion, chopped
- 1 Lb 99% lean ground turkey
- ½ Cup Kidney beans
- ½ Cup Black beans
- 3 Cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 6oz can tomato paste
- 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Cups beef broth
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 1.5 tsp Cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Directions
- Cook onions until translucent in pan, add turkey and brown
- Transfer to instant pot or large pot on stove
- Add in all other ingredients and stir
- Instant pot– high for 5mins, then remove lid and switch to saute setting until sauce thickens
- Stovetop– simmer low for 10 mins with lid then remove lid and reduce sauce until desired consistency
