Shrimp Fried Rice

Use your leftovers from the Adobo Chicken recipe to make some easy shrimp fried rice for a new flavor! Adjust macros with rice quantity, protein source or sub whole egg; can also add volume/cut carbs with more veg or cauliflower rice.

After enjoying the AdoboChicken recipe, use the leftovers to make this tasty Shrimp Fried Rice Dish.

I had adobo sauce, veggies, and rice left over from dinner, but no protein, so I decided to have shrimp stir fry.  I used a bit of sauce to stir fry veggies and rice, add shrimp, add 1/4 c egg whites for that “fried rice” feel.

Add a little bit of sauce and sriracha on top of the finished product for extra flavor.
