Shaved Steak Bowl

This is a great quick, one pan meal that makes 4-5 servings for me.

  • 1lb shaved steak (can thinly slice leaner cut of steak to save fats)

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 packages pre cut peppers and onions
  • Ammazza or steak seasoning
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Can add provolone
  • Condiments – A1, mustard, light mayo, banana peppers
  1. Steam onions and peppers in about ¼ cup of water
  2. Once all the water has evaporated and veggies are soft add oil and saute until brown
  3. Throw veggies in bowl then cook steak in same pan
  4. Serve on a wrap, bun, bed or rice, baked potato or as salad with extra shredded lettuce

For one 3 oz serving of meat, 3 oz vegetables
