I was really getting down about my weight gain and knew I had to do something about. I follow Amanda valentine and she kept talking about FWM. I knew if she was seeing Sarah that it has to be someone good. The value that I have found with being FWM is that you don’t have to be perfect and that the team is always there to help you out.

One myth that I have heard about health and fitness is that you should always eat less or no carbs. That it totally not true. I am eating more than I ever have and I’m still losing weight and inches. 

The advice I would give someone starting their journey and make sure you are in the right mindset and totally committed to this journey. It takes a lot of time and practice to get into the swing of things but once you get there it becomes a normal thing. Also don’t think that you are going to be great at it in the beginning
