Protein Parfait
Flexible recipe to suit your macros

Ingredients:
- Nonfat greek yogurt (can use higher fat if it suits your needs)
- Nuethix Isoperfect vanilla protein powder
- PB2 powdered peanut butter (can use any nut butter if you have fats)
- Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut (can use any puffed or regular cereal)
- Berries
Directions:
- mix yogurt with protein and pb2. may need to add a bit of water or almond milk
- top with kamut and berries
- enjoy!
