Flexible recipe to suit your macros


  • Nonfat greek yogurt (can use higher fat if it suits your needs)
  • Nuethix Isoperfect vanilla protein powder
  • PB2 powdered peanut butter (can use any nut butter if you have fats)
  • Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut (can use any puffed or regular cereal)
  • Berries


  • mix yogurt with protein and pb2.  may need to add a bit of water or almond milk
  • top with kamut and berries
  • enjoy!
