Protein Packed Donut Holes
MACRO COUNTERS BEWARE – make sure to measure swerve as it says 0 cals but has 3 carbs per serving (aka 12 cals) and this can add up.


Ingredients
- 2 oz Oat Flour
- 2 oz Oat Bran
- 2 scoops nuethix chocolate/vanilla protein powder
- 1 Egg
- Swerve confectioner sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix oat bran with enough water to cover oats in bowl and microwave 3ish minutes or until it turns into a thick paste
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well. It will take some muscle to form the dough here.
- Roll dough into donut hole sized bites (I get 20 holes with this recipe)
- Put onto parchment paper and bake 15-20 minutes until donuts are firm on outside
- Will work great (maybe better) in air fryer
- Once donuts have cooled sprinkle with swerve, cinnamon, cocoa powder, etc
