Protein Packed Donut Holes

MACRO COUNTERS BEWARE – make sure to measure swerve as it says 0 cals but has 3 carbs per serving (aka 12 cals) and this can add up.
Ingredients
  • 2 oz Oat Flour
  • 2 oz Oat Bran
  • 2 scoops nuethix chocolate/vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Egg
  • Swerve confectioner sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix oat bran with enough water to cover oats in bowl and microwave 3ish minutes or until it turns into a thick paste
  3. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.  It will take some muscle to form the dough here.
  4. Roll dough into donut hole sized bites (I get 20 holes with this recipe)
  5. Put onto parchment paper and bake 15-20 minutes until donuts are firm on outside
  6. Will work great (maybe better) in air fryer
  7. Once donuts have cooled sprinkle with swerve, cinnamon, cocoa powder, etc
