Pound Cake Protein Waffles
All quantities can be adjusted on this recipe to fit your macros; this is a great macro cap meal.

Ingredients
- 2 oz oat flour
- 1 scoop nuethix chocolate/vanilla protein powder
- 1 whole egg (sub egg whites if fats are low)
- 2 oz ish 30 cal/cup almond milk
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together, add almond milk slowly at end until reaches desired batter consistency
- Pour into waffle maker or into pan for pancakes (can add extra egg whites to thin batter for crepes too)
- Serve plain, with sugar free syrup, add berries on top, low fat cottage cheese
