“I’ve struggled with my weight since my kids were born. When they were young I could just walk three to four miles per day and lose weight. As I got older it wasn’t so easy.
I’ve worked with a trainer a few times. I’ve kept track of what I was eating but never followed any type of eating plan. I would just cut out all the foods I loved. I would get comfortable with how I looked and stopped both working out and tracking my food. Of course, the weight would always come back.
