“I could not be happier with my progress both mentally and physically during my time working with Sarah. When we started I was eating 1,200 to 1,400 calories per day and working out seven days per week for about a year and a half. Although I was seeing some physical progress and feeling like I had a pretty good foundation of living a healthier lifestyle, I wasn’t where I wanted to be.
I was torn on what to do next because I had vowed to not “diet” anymore since it is a huge trigger for the “all or nothing” trap I always get myself into. Sarah created a customized program around all the data that she had collected from me and from running extensive lab work.
In the time we have been working together she has increased my calories to over 2,000 per day (including 200 carbs!). What on earth?! The changes in the composition of my body as we keep adding more food and only lifting four days per week has blown my mind. She has taught me that I need to trust the science (and her) to get the results that I want.
Sarah has been extremely patient and understanding as I work on the balance of establishing lifetime habits and not short term perfection. The weekly check ins of measurements and progress pictures have been so helpful! To not rely on a scale to measure if I am successful or not has been game changer for me.
This has been the best investment in myself I have ever spent and Sarah’s knowledge and compassion for her fit family is undeniable. She is available 24/7 and has such willingness to go the extra mile for all of us.
