“Starting a health journey can be incredibly scary and overwhelming. There’s so much contradicting information out there and for me. It led to many months of dieting at 1,200 calories or less. During the years leading up to signing on with Sarah I was nearly 40 lbs into my regain, upset with myself, and looking for a way to live a healthy life sustainably.
Signing up with Sarah was absolutely the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Coming in, I had a foundation of what healthy foods were, but after years of dieting I had to unlearn a lot and honestly, nearly three months in, this is still a work in progress.
Sarah is incredibly knowledgable and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions. She understands the science behind nutrition and exercise, is accommodating when you need to substitute any movements during workouts, and never pushes you to do something you are uncomfortable with, or something that could be potentially harmful. We all are our own worst critics. There are weeks where I come into a checkin and think surely Sarah would be upset with any lack of progress but let me assure you, this is never the case. Sarah sees progress where I cannot and having that outside perspective is so important because weight loss can be such a mind game. Sarah has her clients’ backs.
