Flexible recipe to suit your macros.
Protein Parfait
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt (can use higher fat if it suits your needs)
  • Nuethix Isoperfect vanilla protein powder
  • PB2 powdered peanut butter (can use any nut butter if you have fats)
  • Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut (can use any puffed or regular cereal)
  • Berries
  1. Mix yogurt with protein and Pb2. You may need to add a bit of water or almond milk.
  2. Top with kamut and berries.
  3. Enjoy!
