- Nonfat Greek yogurt (can use higher fat if it suits your needs)
- Nuethix Isoperfect vanilla protein powder
- PB2 powdered peanut butter (can use any nut butter if you have fats)
- Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut (can use any puffed or regular cereal)
- Mix yogurt with protein and Pb2. You may need to add a bit of water or almond milk.
- Top with kamut and berries.
