“Before signing up with Sarah I was going to the gym and doing the work, but my diet wasn’t the greatest and I wasn’t losing weight, inches, or gaining any muscle.

I saw a post by Sarah and decided to make the commitment. I’ve learned so much! I still slip up and Sarah gets it; she knows we are not perfect and she’s thankful that we’re honest with ourselves and her.
The weekly checkins and pictures keep you accountable. I’m learning things that will sustain me for the rest of my life.
My goal is not to be a fitness model or compete in any type of show. It’s to simply be healthy and love the skin I am in. Sarah is helping me get there.
