Apple Crisp

A sweet treat! 
  • 100g apple, chopped

  • 1 packet plain instant oatmeal 
  • ½ oz oat flour
  • 10g softened butter
  • 2oz liquid egg whites
  • ¼ scoop nuethix chocolate/vanilla protein powder
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Microwave chopped apple for 3-4 minutes until soft
  3. In separate bowl mix oats, oat flour, butter, flex flavor, seasonings, and ½ of egg whites with a fork to make crumble topping.
  4. Once apples are done mix in protein powder and other half of egg whites and little more cinnamon
  5. Cover apple mixture with crumble topping and bake 10mins
  6. Set broiler to low until topping is brown
  7. Can add some light cool whip on top
