Fried Rice and Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki sauce:

-1/3c coconut aminos

-2/3c water

-3 TBSP truvia brown sugar

-1 TBSP rice vinegar

-1tsp fresh ginger

-1 clove garlic

-9g sesame oil

-1 1/2 TBSP cornstarch

-black pepper to taste

Add all sauce ingredients in a pan on medium heat. Cook until sauce thickens. 

Set to the side.

  • 16oz chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  1. cooked the chicken in a pan with salt and pepper 
  2. put cooked chicken on a baking sheet with teriyaki sauce. 
  3. Broiled for 5 min at 450 degrees

Rice: *This is a great recipe for leftover white rice!*

  • 3 cups white rice 
  • 2 slices center cut bacon
  • 60g Carrots
  • 50g Green peas
  • 1 medium egg
  1. cook 2 slices of center cut bacon
  2. sauté peas, carrots and corn in bacon fat
  3. Add and egg (or egg whites for less fats)  to the pan and scramble
  4. Add 3 cups cold cooked rice to pan
  5. season with coconut aminos, salt and pepper

(Rice recipe makes 6 half cup servings)
