Cucumber Sushi Boats/Shrimp Sushi Bowl

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice cucumber in half length wise, and scoop out the center with a spoon
  2. Fill hollowed out cucumber with cooked white rice
  3. Top with cooked shrimp, avocado and spicy mayo

**Spicy mayo- Mayo mixed with sriracha to taste

Alternate instructions-
  1. Add cooked rice to a bowl
  2. Top with peeled and chopped cucumber, cooked shrimp, avocado and spicy mayo
  3. Optional topping furikake rice seasoning!

  • 90g Cooked White Rice
  • 100g Cooked Shrimp
  • 20g Light Mayo
  • Sriracha to taste
  • 20g Avocado
