Cucumber Sushi Boats/Shrimp Sushi Bowl

INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice cucumber in half length wise, and scoop out the center with a spoon
- Fill hollowed out cucumber with cooked white rice
- Top with cooked shrimp, avocado and spicy mayo
**Spicy mayo- Mayo mixed with sriracha to taste
Alternate instructions-
- Add cooked rice to a bowl
- Top with peeled and chopped cucumber, cooked shrimp, avocado and spicy mayo
- Optional topping furikake rice seasoning!
