Chocolate Banana Bread


Ingredients
- 4oz quinoa flour
- 200g banana, mashed
- 100g Nuethix vanilla iso-perfect
- 6oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 42g lily’s semi-sweet style baking chips (found at Walmart)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp banana extract
- 2 turns of pink salt
- 2 droppers of Trader Joe’s stevia drops
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine wet ingredients
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Pour into loaf pan- I prefer a silicone pan as no oil is needed
5. Bake 25 mins,
6. Let cool then slice and enjoy!
