Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 4oz quinoa flour
  • 200g banana, mashed
  • 100g Nuethix vanilla iso-perfect
  • 6oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 42g lily’s semi-sweet style baking chips (found at Walmart)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp banana extract
  • 2 turns of pink salt
  • 2 droppers of Trader Joe’s stevia drops

Directions

1.       Preheat oven to 350

2.       Combine wet ingredients

3.       Add dry ingredients

4.       Pour into loaf pan- I prefer a silicone pan as no oil is needed

5.       Bake 25 mins, 

6.       Let cool then slice and enjoy!
