Chicken Zuchinni Meatballs
Say goodbye to dry meatballs with this quick and delicious recipe that you literally cannot mess up

Ingredients:
- 1lb lean ground chicken
- 4 oz Trader Joe’s Almond Mozzarella Style Shreds
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 Medium zuchinni, shredded in food processor
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients above and form into golf ball sized meat balls
- Add meatballs to baking sheet with silicone liner, no oil required
- Bake for 30 minutes
**the zuchinni makes it nearly impossible for these to come out dry, fool proof meatballs**
