Chicken Zuchinni Meatballs

Say goodbye to dry meatballs with this quick and delicious recipe that you literally cannot mess up
  • 1lb lean ground chicken
  • 4 oz Trader Joe’s Almond Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 Medium zuchinni, shredded in food processor
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients above and form into golf ball sized meat balls
  3. Add meatballs to baking sheet with silicone liner, no oil required
  4. Bake for 30 minutes

**the zuchinni makes it nearly impossible for these to come out dry, fool proof meatballs**
