Broccoli Beef

  • 1 pound flank steak, cut into thin 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4c coconut aminos
  • 1 oz stevia brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 28g sesame oil, divided
  • 4 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced white onions

Saute sliced beef in 14g of oil, set aside when cooked
Add remaining oil to pan, and stir fry veggies until broccoli is tender
Add beef back into pan
Add sauce (garlic, coconut aminos, ginger and brown sugar)
Serve with rice!
