“Big Mac” Salad with potato wedges

  • 105g 99% Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  • 2 cups Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • 90g Sweet potato
  • 90g Carrots

Big mac sauce

  • 30g Mayo
  • 15g No sugar added ketchup
  • 15g Mustard
  • 20g Dill Pickles
  • 20g Onion
  1. Brown ground turkey in a pan with salt and pepper
  2. Combine mayo, mustard, ketchup, chopped onion and chopped dill pickle to create “the sauce”
  3. In a large bowl combine lettuce, tomato, cooked turkey, shredded carrots and top with “the sauce”
  4. Serve with a side of baked or air fried potato wedges:
  5. Chop potatoes into wedges or fries, spray with oil and cook to desired doneness, finish with a little salt!
