“Big Mac” Salad with potato wedges

Ingredients
- 105g 99% Lean Ground Turkey Breast
- 2 cups Lettuce
- Tomato
- 90g Sweet potato
- 90g Carrots
Big mac sauce
- 30g Mayo
- 15g No sugar added ketchup
- 15g Mustard
- 20g Dill Pickles
- 20g Onion
Directions-
- Brown ground turkey in a pan with salt and pepper
- Combine mayo, mustard, ketchup, chopped onion and chopped dill pickle to create “the sauce”
- In a large bowl combine lettuce, tomato, cooked turkey, shredded carrots and top with “the sauce”
- Serve with a side of baked or air fried potato wedges:
- Chop potatoes into wedges or fries, spray with oil and cook to desired doneness, finish with a little salt!
