Baked Protein Cheesecake Stuffed Peaches

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cheesecake mixture: Mix protein powder, whipped cream cheese, stevia, and egg whites until as smooth as you can get it
- Cut peach in half and hollow out enough space for the mixture OR dice up into bite size pieces (chef’s choice)
- Add peaches to an oven safe dish, top with cheesecake mixture
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until mixture has firmed up
- Top with crusted graham cracker and cinnamon. ENJOY!!
Note: For dairy free, swap for a vegan cream cheese

- 30g Egg Whites
- 30g Whipped Cream Cheese
- 50g Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 100g Peaches
- 10g Graham Cracker
- Cinnamon, to taste
