Baked Protein Cheesecake Stuffed Peaches

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cheesecake mixture: Mix protein powder, whipped cream cheese, stevia, and egg whites until as smooth as you can get it
  3. Cut peach in half and hollow out enough space for the mixture OR dice up into bite size pieces (chef’s choice)
  4. Add peaches to an oven safe dish, top with cheesecake mixture
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until mixture has firmed up
  6. Top with crusted graham cracker and cinnamon. ENJOY!!

Note: For dairy free, swap for a vegan cream cheese
