Apple Bread with Crunchy Granola Topping

A very adjustable and fresh meal with all of your favorite gyro ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 4oz quinoa flour
  • 100g Nuethix vanilla iso- perfect
  • 6 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100g plain unsweetened applesauce
  • 100g chopped apple
  • 60g KIND oats and honey granola
  • 1.4 tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
  • 2 turns of pink salt
  • 2 droppers of Trader Joe’s stevia drops
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine dry ingredients EXCEPT the granola
  3. Add wet ingredients
  4. Pour into loaf pan and top with granola
  5. Bake 25 mins
  6. Let cool then slice and enjoy!
