Apple Bread with Crunchy Granola Topping
A very adjustable and fresh meal with all of your favorite gyro ingredients!


Ingredients
- 4oz quinoa flour
- 100g Nuethix vanilla iso- perfect
- 6 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 100g plain unsweetened applesauce
- 100g chopped apple
- 60g KIND oats and honey granola
- 1.4 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
- 2 turns of pink salt
- 2 droppers of Trader Joe’s stevia drops
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine dry ingredients EXCEPT the granola
- Add wet ingredients
- Pour into loaf pan and top with granola
- Bake 25 mins
- Let cool then slice and enjoy!
