Andrea’s Skinny Taste Inspired Caesar Dressing
Makes 12 servings of salad dressing, 1 TBL each.

Ingredients

⅓ Cup grated parmesan cheese
- Juice from one Lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ Tbl Dijon mustard
- 2 anchovy filets
- 1 Tbl EVOO (if fats now can omit or sub water)
- 5 Tbl 0% fat Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth
