Andrea’s Skinny Taste Inspired Caesar Dressing

Makes 12 servings of salad dressing, 1 TBL each.

 

Ingredients
  • ⅓ Cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Juice from one Lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ Tbl Dijon mustard
  • 2 anchovy filets
  • 1 Tbl EVOO (if fats now can omit or sub water)
  • 5 Tbl 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth
