Alternative Kani Salad

This traditional, spicy and creamy dish takes just minutes to prep. Jane’s imitation crab salad is 652g / 23oz serving. Tanoshī!

  • Imitation Crab Meat (260g / 9.2oz)
  • Sour Cream (50g / 1.8oz)
  • Cucumber (284g / 10oz)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sriracha to taste
  1. Chop crab meat and cucumber
  2. Add sour cream and salt
  3. Optional step; add sriracha for a bit of a kick

For best taste leave in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
