Alternative Kani Salad

Ingredients
- Imitation Crab Meat (260g / 9.2oz)
- Sour Cream (50g / 1.8oz)
- Cucumber (284g / 10oz)
- Salt (to taste)
- Sriracha to taste
Directions
- Chop crab meat and cucumber
- Add sour cream and salt
- Optional step; add sriracha for a bit of a kick
For best taste leave in the fridge for at least 20 minutes before serving.
