I have been very active most of my life as a former cross-fitter and half marathon runner; I’ve tried just about everything and love most ways of moving my body. My problem has always been consistency and I have found that I am very good at pushing to the extreme with exercise and diet. Of course, with that I saw great results, but they weren’t sustainable, especially with age. Hence why I could never be consistent.
When I started working with Sarah, everything changed. There were pieces of the puzzle with my own health I was missing for years that Sarah helped me to find. Working out smarter, not harder and making this a lifestyle that was sustainable was another piece. I know I am still a work-in-progress, but I know what to do and I am finally on my way. The cherry on top? I finally feel ready to help others find their way.
I have been passionate about functional nutrition and physical fitness for many years. I received my Precision Nutrition certification in 2019 knowing that someday I wanted to help others understand how the food they eat is so directly related to how their bodies function and thrive. I am continuing to work on my education mentoring with Sarah, taking various certification courses, learning to read lab work, reading and researching in my spare time which involves frequently falling asleep with a book in bed.
I am so excited to be a coach on Team Fit With Me and thrilled to work with women that I know will inspire me as I walk alongside them in their journey for lifelong health and wellness.
