In my time with Sarah not only have I seen huge physical changes but the mental part has been the biggest change for me.

 I was terrified of food prior to working with Sarah.  I was only eating 900-1,000 calories per day and working out like crazy with zero progress.  I had lost over 100lbs the first year after RNY then spent the next two years fighting to lose another 5-10lbs and struggling to even maintain my results.  

The first week Sarah bumped me to 1,200 calories and I was like “I don’t think this is going to work”.  I did not understand how I could eat that much and not gain weight!  I now maintain my weight at around 1,800 calories a day, have not gained an ounce and have lost over FIFTEEN INCHES!

I have always been a slave to the scale and I would let that dictate how my day would be and how I would feel about myself.  The first three weeks Sarah told me to put the scale away and not to get on it.  The scale now sits in my bathroom and I walk by it ever single day with it having zero effect on me.

The impact Sarah has had on my life has inspired me to do the same for others and I am proud o be a coach on Team Fit With Me!
